My own insight journey began when I dropped out of college to live Yashodara Ashram in British Columbia for a year. I sought wisdom and was on an inner path of healing. Constant meditation in such a peaceful environment awoke a powerful sensitivity and intuition within me. Living a life unhinged by social expectations I eventually moved to Hawaii and became a professional dancer and massage therapist. Hawaii awoke my soul and the power of water transformed me. I learned aquacranial massage for pregnancy and love letting the magic of Hawaii flow thorough when giving aquatic massage.
I began attending births in 2016 and my love for birth has taken me on many adventures. I've attended births in Hawaii, Mexico, Texas, and Oregon. I've attended births in hospitals, birth centers and at home. Birth changes in each context, yet the power and miracle of birth are ever constant.
My meaningful relationship with my therapist mother guided me to Internal Family Systems (IFS) a non-pathological therapeutic modality which builds internal compassion and self-understanding. After completing IFS training I began integrating IFS with my pregnant clients and saw incredible results with decreasing birth fear and anxiety.
I’ve cared for babies for over 20 years. My insights into the experience of the baby was amplified when I began practicing infant craniosacral. Babies communicate through their bodies, craniosacral is listening to babies and creating space for them to let their bodies unwind. I find infant craniosacral the biggest gift we can give to babies as they enter this world.
I moved to Austin Texas in 2025 to work with Mystic Waters Midwifery Collective as a birth assistant and midwifery student. I love dancing, friends and nature!
